2a. Automated Trust & Safety Analysis

To protect users and maintain marketplace integrity, Zelance uses automated systems (including Google Gemini AI) to analyze project postings, proposals, and chat messages for fraud, spam, off-platform contact sharing, harassment, and policy violations. This analysis runs server-side only — your content is not exposed to other users through this process. Flagged content may be reviewed by our moderation team. 3. Google Sign-In

If you sign in using Google, Zelance receives only the information you authorize Google to share. Your Google password is never accessible to Zelance.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted payment providers. Zelance does not store complete debit or credit card information on its own servers.

5. AI Projects and Uploaded Content

Project descriptions, prompts, portfolios and uploaded files are processed solely for providing marketplace services. Zelance does not claim ownership of user content.
